UK & International Shipping

For both UK and international destinations, orders are routed to the nearest available production facility whenever possible. This helps reduce transit times, shipping distances and associated emissions.

Delivery Times

• UK Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
• International & Cross-Border Delivery: 4–6 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier services, customs processing and other circumstances outside our control.

Duties & Taxes

For major regions including the UK and EU, we use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping where available. This means applicable duties and import taxes are generally handled as part of the delivery process, helping to avoid unexpected charges on arrival.

For destinations where DDP is unavailable, customers may be responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by their local authorities.

Order Processing

Orders are produced specifically for you, so please allow additional time for production before your order is dispatched. Production times may vary depending on the product.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue. We will work with you and the delivery provider to resolve the problem.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied at checkout.
